Founded in 2017, Orchard On 25 is a PR-led, full-service creative agency launched by our former founder Jay Badza, inspired by Lee Kuan Yew’s transformative vision. Offering premier PR, social, events, influencer, advertising, design, and strategy services.

Jay Badza was a visionary communications strategist and the Founder of Orchard On 25 in Johannesburg. With over 15 years of experience in the industry, he built a reputation as a dynamic marketer who crafted impactful strategies across public relations, events, activations, and integrated brand strategy.
Jay was deeply committed to shaping both brands and people.
As an alumnus of the World Economic Forum’s Global Shapers community, a board member of Tshwane University of Technology’s Integrated Marketing Department, and a jury member for the AdFocus Advertising Awards, he contributed meaningfully to the growth and advancement of the communications industry.
